Since its inception in 2002, Ford RS became a rage. The third of generation of Ford’s iconic series has been recently unveiled and is set to hit the automobile market soon. The 2016 Ford Focus RS will host a myriad of upgrades and enhancements that will re-establish its position once again. Powered by a turbocharged 2.3 litre engine and having all wheel drive, this car will push the benchmark of power and performance to an entirely new level. As a redesigned and renovated edition, 2016 Focus RS will sport bolder and more prominent details in its body and have variety of modern day equipments fitted on the interiors.
2016 Ford Focus RS: Redesign Exterior and Interior
In contrast with the current model, the aggressive quotient of this vehicle has been toned down to suit wider range of tastes. The new 2016 Ford Focus RS will acquire a more elegant look with a large trapezoidal grille that takes almost all front space of the exterior. One each side of the front bumper, there are large sized outboard openings to cool off the front brakes. The 19 inch wheels look gorgeous as it is made of light alloy, which is exclusive for 2016 Ford Focus RS. The aerodynamics has also been significantly improved and should increase the car’s handling and manoeuvring.
Like we expected, the new Ford Focus RS is cramped with advanced high-quality features such as flat-bottomed steering wheel, Recaro sports seats and alloy sports pedals. In addition, there is a high-end instrument cluster fitted on top of the center console, which displays boost and oil pressure and oil temperature. The car would be incomplete if it did not include all modern day technology equipments such as climate control, navigation, 8 inch touch screen system and high end audio. There doesn’t seem to be any area where Ford has compromised either with looks or comfort.
