2016 Kia Sportage is the first major refresh since 2011 to Sportage series and is itself a major rejuvenation of the crossover courtesy new designs to the model. The car’s new look is presumed to be more evolutionary than revolutionary. Its “tiger nose” grill shape is what easily catches your eyes. The fog light looks as if it is much more vertical than previous models and helps effectively to fill up the gap under newly designed head lights. Fog lights are flanked with updated addition of air intake. The wraparound head lights of the Kia Sportage are unmistakably inspired by Kia KX3 Concept and along with imparting a new look to this car; it ranks the Sportage’s design more up in market. Its roof line has become more sloping and this car has longer rear doors and a twin exhaust system.
Much of interior design on 2016 Kia Sportage is a mystery and one can only speculate about features included in it. Though nothing much is known, one can be assured of a newly designed three spoke steering wheel with a leather wrap and plenty of steering mounted controls, vertical air vents, fully redesigned dashboard and an infotainment system. 2016 Kia Sportage: Engine and Fuel Economy
